What can I expect in my first few sessions with you?

In the first few sessions, clients can expect that we will get to know one another, understand their reasonings for coming to therapy, and build a plan of action for their care.

What makes you different from other therapists, psychologists, ARNPs?

As a young, budding professional in this field I hold a newly found passion for this line of care, actively working to better myself and my skills every day alongside the active professionals around me.

What inspired you to become a therapist, psychologist or medication management provider?

My first "adult" job after I graduated from my undergrad program was in an outpatient mental health facility as a front office coordinator. Here, I was able to interact with clients, therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists on a daily basis. It was through these interactions each day that I was able to see first hand the growth that the clients were making and the impact their providers were having on their lives. From then on, I knew that I wanted to be a more active agent in people's lives and make a deeper impact like those professionals I first worked with.
