What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

In our first few sessions, my goal is to get to know you, your story, and what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your background, current challenges, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we’ll start building a treatment plan that feels comfortable and manageable for you. These early sessions are also about building trust and making sure you feel heard, supported, and understood.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What sets me apart is my focus on meeting each person where they are. I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion to the work, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can be yourself. I also integrate practical tools and coping strategies you can use in daily life, not just insight, so that therapy feels meaningful both in and outside of our sessions.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I was inspired to become a therapist because I recognized the deep impact it makes simply to hold space for someone, to listen without judgment, to validate their feelings, and to offer a safe environment where they don’t have to go through things alone. I believe that healing often begins in those moments of being truly seen and heard, and I wanted to dedicate my career to creating that space for others.
