What makes you different from other therapists?

What sets me apart as a therapist is my international experience and diverse training, having pursued professional knowledge in different countries and at renowned universities. I combine a Cognitive Behavioral approach with the Gottman Method and a focus on family dynamics, allowing me to work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a flexible, evidence-based way. Being fluent in Spanish, I can provide therapy in both English and Spanish, creating a space where clients feel fully understood. Above all, my work is driven by passion for mental health, unconditional listening, and a commitment to meeting each client exactly where they are, supporting them toward meaningful growth and change.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

What inspires me as a therapist is my deep desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I am motivated to help clients not only overcome challenges but also take responsibility for their future, rather than blaming the past, empowering them to create positive change.
