Helping others heal and find their inner strength is an honor. I see clients of all ages, yet I have the most experience working with children using play therapy approaches. I provide client-centered, trauma-informed, individualized care. Theories I pull from include: ACT, CBT, person-centered, gestalt & psychodynamic. I am bilingual, speaking English & Spanish. It is my goal to provide a safe space for clients to freely express themselves without judgment.

What can I expect in my first few sessions with you?

To feel at ease, to have initial questions answered, to learn about me as a therapist, & to learn what to expect from therapy with me.

What makes you different from other therapists, psychologists, ARNPs?

As a young breast cancer survivor, I have walked in the shoes of many and therefore can better help others along their healing journeys including those diagnosed with terminal illnesses, with chronic illness, with infertility challenges, in menopause, experiencing grief, etc.

What inspired you to become a therapist, psychologist or medication management provider?

Struggling with my own mental health challenges has motivated me to help others heal and live their best lives.
