What can I expect in my first few sessions with you?

In the first few sessions, my main focus is getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, relevant history, your strengths, and what you'd like to achieve through our work together. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and discuss how I work as a therapist.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What makes me different from other therapists is my ability to connect with people and offer a non-judgmental and explorative space. I believe that human connection is at the core of healing and is an essential part of the therapeutic process.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

What inspired me to become a therapist was witnessing firsthand the profound impact that mental well-being can have on a person's life. Seeing the positive changes that unfold as individuals improve their mental health is a powerful and meaningful process, one that I feel honored to support and be a part of.
