With a background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, Sarina has worked extensively with children with special needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other developmental and behavioral challenges. This experience has shaped a patient, strengths-based approach that continues to guide her clinical work.In addition to working with children and families, Sarina has provided therapeutic support to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia. 

She is committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.Sarina’s counseling approach is client-centered and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices like psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy. Sarina believes that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and strives to meet you where you are, offering a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore, grow, and thrive. 

Currently completing post-graduate clinical hours under licensed supervision, Sarina is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change.
