What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

In our first few sessions, the focus will be on getting to know each other and building a foundation of trust. I'll ask questions about what brings you to therapy, your personal history, and what you'd like to get out of our work together. You're always welcome to share at your own pace; there's no pressure to dive into everything all at once. The early sessions also allow both of us to see if it feels like a good fit.

What makes you different from other therapists?

I use an eclectic approach because each person is different. I strive to fit the needs of each client to help them achieve their goals in the most efficient way possible.

Life has its ups and downs and we all need support from time to time. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I chose to become a mental health therapist because I wanted to be the kind of support I needed when I was a teenager. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—especially during the times when life feels the most overwhelming.
