What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

During your intake, you’ll receive a customized plan that includes psychoeducation, videos, and worksheets tailored to the issues that brought you to therapy. This helps us start with clarity and gives you practical tools right away while we work together on deeper healing.

What makes you different from other therapists?

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Ph.D. candidate in Marriage and Family Therapy. My knowledge and therapeutic background in Bowen Family Systems Theory allows me to identify patterns and behaviors within individuals, couples, and families. This systemic perspective helps clients understand how their relationships and environments influence their emotional well-being and equips them with strategies for lasting change.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

My journey began at 14, when I had my first job at a psychiatric hospital in New York City through the Summer Youth Program. That experience opened my eyes to the challenges people face with mental health and inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others navigate their struggles, heal, and grow.
