What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

Our initial sessions will consist of a thoughtful discussion of the difficulties you are currently facing, as well as an identification of the way you want your ideal life to function. We will identify the thoughts and behaviors which have kept you from progressing, and work towards making changes to help you achieve the life you deserve.

What makes you different from other psychologists?

I take a mindful approach towards the unique challenges my clients face, and work with them to begin the change process. I utilize skills from several different therapy styles including CBT, ACT and DBT, and integrate them into a kind, supportive and challenging treatment process which will push you to change and improve your life.

What inspired you to become a psychologist?

I have always been deeply empathetic toward the struggles of those around me. I find great fulfillment in helping others gain new perspectives on life, and I am committed to supporting and celebrating your progress throughout the treatment process.
