What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, so in our first few sessions we’ll focus on building comfort and clarity. We’ll explore what’s bringing you in, the goals you’d like to work toward, and the challenges you’re navigating right now. Along the way, I’ll introduce strategies from CBT, DBT techniques, and person-centered therapy, always adapting them to your unique needs and pace.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What sets my approach apart is the balance of proven tools with a warm, collaborative style. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I became a therapist because I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel less alone in their struggles. Supporting clients as they discover resilience and create meaningful change is the most rewarding part of my work.
