As a psychiatric provider, I take time to listen to my clients’ concerns and symptoms.. Helping clients to achieve better outcomes in a centered and holistic approach that's my motivation.

My approach

I combine psychotherapy and medication management within a single, continuous therapeutic relationship, something few other mental‑health professions can offer. I am trained in both pharmacology and evidence‑based therapy techniques, allowing me to treat the whole person rather than splitting care across multiple providers. This dual‑modality model improves adherence and accelerates symptom recovery. Empowering patient to be able to normally function and finish all their task without problems.

What can I expect in my first few sessions with you?

A calm, welcoming start: I'll begin by briefly reviewing confidentiality, answering any initial questions, and helping them settle in. This sets the tone for a collaborative, respectful working relationship. A thorough clinical conversation: I ’ll invite them to share what’s been going on— symptoms, stressors, history, and goals. This is a structured but conversational assessment that may include: Current concerns — what prompted them to seek help now. Past mental health history — previous therapy, medications, or diagnoses. Medical background — relevant health conditions or treatments. Lifestyle factors — sleep, stress, routines, and support systems. Clients don’t need to prepare anything; I guide the conversation at a pace that feels manageable. A collaborative understanding of their needs: y the end of the session, I’ll summarize what you’ve learned and reflect back the themes you’re noticing. This helps clients feel heard and ensures I am aligned on next steps. Discussion of treatment option: Depending on the situation, We may talk about: Whether ongoing therapy, medication, or both might be helpful. What future sessions will focus on. Any additional assessments that could clarify the picture. This is an informational conversation—not a commitment. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and express preferences. A clear plan for moving forward: I’ll end by outlining what comes next: follow‑up scheduling, what to expect between sessions, and how to reach you for non‑urgent matters. The goal is for clients to leave feeling oriented and supported. We will start with brief introduction; then dive into the challenges my client is facing . Together we can tailor the treatment plan

What makes you different from other therapists, psychologists, ARNPs?

What makes me different from other ARNPs is the way I blend evidence‑based practice with deeply personalized care. I don’t just treat symptoms —I look for patterns, root causes, and barriers that keep patients from getting better. I’m intentional about building trust, explaining care plans in a way people actually understand, and advocating for them across the system. I’m also highly collaborative. I work closely with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to make sure no detail is missed. My goal is always to deliver care that is not only clinically sound but also compassionate, efficient, and tailored to each patient’s real life

What inspired you to become a therapist, psychologist or medication management provider?

My inspiration grew from witnessing how transformative the right combination of support, education, and medication can be. I saw patients who had been struggling for years finally experience relief when someone took the time to listen, diagnose accurately, and manage their medications thoughtfully. Those moments made it clear to me that psychiatric care isn’t just clinical—it’s profoundly human. It requires patience, humility, and a willingness to meet people exactly where they are.
