Alisa Gracheva, LMHC - Therapist in Coral Springs, FL

Introduction

I am a dedicated advocate for the transformative power of reconnecting with one’s Higher and Authentic Self. With a profound belief in the fusion of mental health and spirituality, I was able to chart an inspiring journey towards achieving the state of fulfillment and peace.

Since delving into the realm of mental health, I have immersed myself in understanding and aiding individuals facing crises, mental health disorders, and substance use challenges.

My quest for holistic well-being extends far beyond conventional approaches. For years, I have diligently studied and embraced alternative healing modalities, recognizing their profound impact on the human psyche; sacred plant medicine, the profound properties of sound healing therapy, energy work, and spiritual guidance.

I am committed to be of service when it comes to empowering individuals to embark on their own journeys of self-discovery, leading them towards a state of wholeness and wellbeing.

What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

In our first few sessions, my priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen and heard. We’ll start by exploring your goals, your history, and what brought you here, so I can understand your unique experiences and needs. From there, I may introduce grounding and regulation techniques, while also beginning to gently explore the roots of trauma that may still be held in your body. Depending on what resonates with you, I draw on methods such as EMDR, CBT, Logotherapy, and the integration of Spirituality and alternative methods, among others. My intention is always to meet you where you are—at a pace that feels safe—and to help you reconnect with your inner strength and Higher Self as part of your healing journey.

What makes you different from other therapists?

I don’t just focus on symptoms—I help clients uncover the deeper roots of trauma, grief, or life transitions, and guide them toward long-term transformation rather than temporary relief.

Blend of Science & Spirituality

I combine evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT, Somatic works, and Logotherapy. Alongside these, I weave in spiritual guidance, sound healing, and energy work. This balance of traditional psychotherapy and holistic healing allows me to meet each client where they are, whether they feel more drawn to structured tools or intuitive practices.

Body-Mind-Spirit Healing

I believe trauma lives not only in the mind but also in the body and the spirit. My work supports people in reconnecting with their Higher Self, which often brings a sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment that traditional talk therapy alone may not provide.

Experience & Compassion

I’ve worked with people in crisis, individuals living with mental health disorders, and those struggling with substance use. I bring compassion, open-mindedness, and a deep respect for each client’s personal journey. My goal is always to provide a safe, supportive, and transformative space for healing.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

What inspired me to become a therapist was both personal and universal. Like many people, I’ve witnessed how trauma, loss, and life’s challenges can shape us in profound ways. I felt called to help others not just manage symptoms, but truly heal and reconnect with their inner strength. Over time, I discovered that combining evidence-based therapies with spiritual and holistic approaches creates a deeper, more transformative path to healing. What keeps me inspired is seeing people reclaim their lives, uncover their resilience, and awaken to their Higher Self. That is the greatest privilege of this work.”
