What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

In the first few sessions, my focus is really on building a foundation together. It’s a chance for me to get to know you and what’s been weighing on you, and for you to get a feel for me and how I work. There’s never any pressure to share more than you’re ready for, we’ll go at your pace. These early conversations also help us start to notice patterns, explore what you’d like to work toward, and think about the tools or approaches that might fit you best. More than anything, I want you to feel safe, supported, and understood, so we can create a space where real change and growth can happen.

What makes you different from other therapists?

I stand out in the way I’m intentional with how I show up for my clients. I’m not afraid to sit with you in the uncomfortable emotions, and I genuinely care about creating an environment where you feel heard, seen, and valued. I see you as the expert of your own life, and my role is to support you in becoming the best version of yourself. I take pride in building meaningful relationships and being fully present; whether that means cheering you on through the good days or sitting with you in the hard ones.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I chose to become a therapist because of the impact of my own personal journey. Having gone through challenges myself, I experienced how powerful it can be to have someone walk beside you with empathy and support. These experiences shaped me and gave me a deep respect for the courage it takes to open up and be vulnerable. I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and being present with them in both their struggles and their growth, and this path felt like a way to turn that passion into something meaningful.
