Introduction

My name is Sabrina Dominguez and I have over 8 years of experience in the Psychology field I have experience in outpatient and community mental health settings, treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, childhood abuse, sexual abuse, grief, relationship issues, selfesteem difficulties, and adjustment disorders. My approach is integrative, as I draw on a variety of evidencebased treatments to meet your goals. I focus on creating personalized treatment plans, recognizing that every individual is unique, which leads to more effective and tailored care. Therapy is a collaborative process where you, the client, are the expert of your own life. Together, we will explore your goals, challenges, and strengths, working towards a path that aligns with you and your needs. I also provide ADHD, Austim, and Gifted testing for children and adolescents. I provide therapy and psychological evaluations in english and spanish.

I am a very good listener and I wanted to help people. I found psychological disorders very interesting.
