Insurance Benefits Verification

Understanding your insurance benefits can feel confusing, but our team is here to help. Before your first appointment, we can verify your benefits and provide information about your estimated costs, including copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and any limitations that may apply to your plan.

While insurance companies ultimately determine coverage and payment, our goal is to help you understand your benefits before beginning services so there are no surprises. We encourage all clients to review their coverage directly with their insurance company as well.

Self-Pay Fees

Our self-pay fees vary depending on the type of service, the provider, and the complexity of care needed.

Therapy Services: Individual, couples, family, and child therapy sessions generally range from $125–$225 per session, depending on the therapist's credentials, specialty training, and experience.

Medication Management: Psychiatric evaluations and medication management appointments vary based on appointment length and clinical needs. Fees typically range from $150–$300 per visit.

Psychological Testing & Assessments: Testing services, including ADHD evaluations, autism assessments, psychoeducational testing, immigration evaluations, substance abuse assessments, and other specialized evaluations, range from approximately $300–$2,500+ depending on the type of assessment, testing required, report preparation, and clinical complexity.
