What can I expect in my first few sessions with you?

The first few sessions of therapy are focused on getting to know you and creating a safe, comfortable space where you feel heard and supported. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, your current concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My role is to support, guide, and cheer you on as we work collaboratively toward positive change and improved well-being.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What sets me apart as a therapist is my deeply empathetic, collaborative approach. I meet clients where they are, without judgement, and create a safe, supportive space where they feel understood and respected.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

From a young age, I felt a strong desire to help others and a natural pull toward listening, understanding and offering support. I have always been deeply empathetic and drawn to people’s stories, especially during times when they felt overwhelmed, misunderstood, or alone. Being a therapist has allowed me to live out my purpose of walking alongside clients, honoring their experiences, and supporting them as they work toward healing and growth.
