What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

In our first few sessions, my priority is to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll begin by exploring what brings you to therapy, your current challenges, and your hopes for change. I’ll ask questions to better understand your strengths, patterns, and goals, and together we’ll start developing a personalized plan that fits your needs. These early sessions are also about building trust and establishing a collaborative partnership that empowers you to make meaningful progress at your own pace.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What sets me apart is my commitment to tailoring therapy to each person’s unique journey. While I draw on evidence-based approaches like CBT, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all method. Instead, I integrate your individual strengths, values, and experiences into our work together. I bring both clinical expertise and genuine compassion, focusing not only on reducing symptoms but also on helping you create lasting, meaningful, and positive change in your life. My goal is to make therapy feel like a safe space where you’re understood, supported, and empowered to grow.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I was inspired to become a therapist by a deep passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their strengths. Over the years, I’ve seen how depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues can weigh heavily on people, and I wanted to dedicate my career to supporting those who are struggling. Therapy allows me to walk alongside clients during times of growth, healing, and change. Witnessing individuals develop healthier patterns, gain confidence, and move toward more fulfilling lives continues to inspire me every single day.
