What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

The beginning of therapy is about building our foundation. Together, we’ll focus on clarifying your wants and needs, exploring how we can connect, and starting the process with open conversation.

What makes you different from other therapists?

I don’t follow just one approach. Everyone is different, so I pay attention to what you need and use the tools and techniques that will work best for you. It’s about meeting you where you are and helping in the way that feels right.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I was first drawn to this field after witnessing how deeply addiction can shape lives and relationships. Those experiences motivated me to return to school and focus on the mental health side of recovery. Over time, I discovered that I could help people heal at the root level, which is what led me to become a therapist.
