What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

The first few sessions with me will consist of paperwork and logistics, I will get to know you, I will explain the process of therapy and treatment plan, see how many sessions we will meet in a month, and we will start building rapport in the next few sessions.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What makes me different from other therapists is that I create a warm environment for the client to feel safe. I also love to work with children and adults who struggle with ADHD and anxiety/depression. I specialize in these areas because I have found a passion to learn more in depth about these diagnosis. I have a passion for learning and I am always educating myself because even though I may not have the answer for something I try my best to find one and learn for future reference to help someone else.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

What inspired me to become a therapist was the ability to help others manage their life and to be happier. I became a therapist because I loved to learn about how the brain works and the capabilities we all have. I also became a therapist because I am a first generation college student and was driven for success and attaining what I could to help others.
