In December 2025, Caring Therapists expanded beyond South Florida for the first time when we welcomed the former Lakeside Counseling team into our practice. Our Port Orange office at 900 N Swallow Tail Dr, Suite 105, Port Orange, FL 32129 marked a milestone for our organization and we couldn't be more excited to be part of the Volusia County community.
The transition brought together Lakeside's established reputation in the area with the clinical depth, administrative support, and expanded services of a multi-location group practice. Existing clients continued with the same therapists they already knew and trusted, while gaining access to additional specialties, psychological testing, and online therapy options available through our amazing clinical team.
Our Port Orange clinicians provide individual therapy for adults, child and adolescent counseling, couples therapy, and support for concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, addiction, and life transitions. We have a great team of seven dedicated therapists serving the Port Orange area, and all of our clinicians are also available for telehealth sessions throughout the state of Florida.
We accept most major insurance plans and are conveniently located off I-95 and Dunlawton Avenue, serving clients from Daytona Beach, South Daytona, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach, Deltona, and surrounding Volusia County communities.
