Meet me, Amanda Landry
Amanda Landry, LMHC, CAP, NCC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Addictions Professional, and National Certified Counselor with more than 18 years of clinical experience. She works with teens, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and relationship difficulties. Her approach is rooted in evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and integrates holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, and mindful wellness.
Amanda is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Caring Therapists, a multi-location group practice serving communities across South and Central Florida, including Fort Lauderdale, Wellington, Davie, Pembroke Pines, Coral Springs, Sunrise, Hollywood, Palm Beach Gardens, Port Orange, and Orlando. Under her leadership, the practice has grown to 12 locations with a team of over 100 clinicians and staff, guided by a commitment to clinical excellence, accessibility, and community connection.
A published author, Amanda wrote Guided Journal for Women with Anxiety (2022) and created My Private Practice Collective, an online community and resource hub for therapists building or growing their own practices. She is also a Qualified Supervisor, mentoring new clinicians as they work toward licensure and develop their clinical careers.
