We are incredibly honored to share that Caring Therapists has once again been voted Best Counseling Center in Davie, marking our sixth consecutive year receiving this recognition from the Davie community (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026).

Awards are meaningful, but what makes this one especially special is that it comes from the community we have proudly called home since the beginning. Davie is where Caring Therapists first opened its doors, and it remains at the heart of everything we do.

Every day, our team has the privilege of helping children, teens, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. To know that our neighbors continue to trust us with their mental health is something we never take for granted.

Our Story Began in Davie

Long before Caring Therapists existed, Davie played a significant role in the lives of our founders, Amanda and Dave Landry.

Both Amanda and Dave attended Nova Southeastern University for their undergraduate and graduate education. During those years, they developed not only their professional skills but also a deep appreciation for the South Florida community they would eventually serve.

As licensed mental health professionals, they shared a vision of creating a practice where clients could receive exceptional, compassionate, evidence-based care in an environment that felt welcoming and supportive.

That vision became Caring Therapists.

The very first office opened in Davie, making this community the foundation upon which the practice has grown.

Growing While Staying True to Our Mission

What began as a single counseling office has grown into one of Florida's largest outpatient mental health practices.

Today, Caring Therapists serves thousands of individuals and families throughout South Florida and Central Florida with a team of more than 100 dedicated professionals. While we've expanded into multiple locations, our mission has remained unchanged:
