My approach begins by examining your current situation and the areas you feel stuck in. Understanding your personal style of processing emotions, communicating with others, and how you make decisions is important for me know. Giving much consideration to your individual patterns is also a part of discovering important information about you.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience in working with adults and teens. It excites and humbles me to be a part of another’s journey to a more fulfilled life.As a Qualified Supervisor, I offer supervision to Mental Health Counselor Interns working towards licensure.

I focus heavily on building a strong therapeutic relationship, as I believe it’s one of the most important factors in creating lasting change. Feeling safe, understood, and supported is the foundation for any meaningful work we’ll do together. I try my very best to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hopeful, or uncertain. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and tailored to your unique journey, so we can move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

I believe lasting change happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their growth. Whether you're navigating a life transition, dealing with anxiety or stress, or feeling stuck, I’m here to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with intention and confidence.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I’ve always been drawn to meaningful work, and becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to make a real difference in people’s lives. I’m inspired every day by the strength people show in facing their challenges, even when they feel uncertain or overwhelmed. There’s something incredibly powerful about witnessing someone gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and begin to believe in their ability to change. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where I walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and tools as you work toward your goals. It's an honor to be part of that journey.
