What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

Through the early sessions ill be listening closely- not just to what you say, but what matters most to you. Therapy is a collaborative process and your input is always valued. As we continue, we'll start identifying practical strategies, insights and tools that can support your healing and growth.

What makes you different from other therapists?

I am committed to helping my clients walk the path toward emotional well- being and personal growth. I view therapy as not "fixing" people but helping them reconnect with themselves, and being part of that process is something I never take for granted.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

Becoming a therapist wasn't a decision made overnight- it was something that unfolded over time, shaped by personal experience and deep curiosity about human connection and resilience. I've always been drawn to the stories people carry-their struggles, hopes and the quiet strength they often don't see in themselves. Training to become a therapist allowed me to combine my natural empathy with a deeper understanding of the mind, behavior and evidence based tools for change. What inspires me now is walking alongside people as they navigate challenges, uncover new insights, and begin to connect with their strengths.
