Brittany Sapp, Senior RCM Director

Born in Hollywood FL, raised in Gainesville FL, I am a true Floridian. I began my Revenue Cycle Management journey with Shands Hospital, at the University of Florida, in 2015. I have worked in the Revenue Cycle Management/ Operations industry for 10 years, & my experience varies across several specialties however, my true passion is Behavioral Health.

My tenure as Director of Revenue & Utilization Management has allowed me to build & establish in house billing for Behavioral Health facilities across all Levels of Care. My experience in the Medical Technology industry, as a Revenue Cycle Operations Coordinator, has given me the opportunity to expand my knowledge of data analytics, allocation, and implementation of Best Practices.
