Samantha Bryan - Therapist in Davie, FL

Hello, I am Samantha, a registered therapist who provides services to clients across the lifespan, from children and teens to adults. I have particular experience supporting adolescents and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relational challenges.

I enjoy using music as both a tool and an outlet—whether it’s incorporating it mindfully into my work or attending live shows to recharge and stay inspired. I’m also a big foodie who loves a great meal or snack shared in good company.

As my client, you can expect my most authentic self in the therapy room. I believe authenticity fosters genuine connection and helps transform what can feel like a daunting process into one that’s exciting, enjoyable, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to show up exactly as they are—and know that they’ll be met with acceptance and understanding.

I’m proud to be part of Caring Therapists, whose values of altruism, integrity, excellence, and compassion align with my own. I deeply appreciate their holistic approach to seeing clients as whole individuals rather than just a diagnosis, supporting growth across all areas of life.

What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

Our first few sessions will focus on getting to know each other. This time will help me understand your background and areas where you may want support, while allowing you to become familiar with me as both a clinician and a person.

What makes you different from other therapists?

What sets me apart in this field is my genuine care for people as whole beings, my use of humor and warmth, and my creative, outside-the-box approach to therapy.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

My inspiration to become a therapist stems from my passion for psychology and the growing need for mental health support. With each experience in this field, I continue to grow both as a clinician and as a person.
