Dr. Vora - Medical Director

I’m Dr. Aditya Vora, originally from Long Island, New York. I ventured to Florida for medical school at Nova Southeastern University, where I continued my training through residency and have since become board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

I have extensive experience working across the full spectrum of psychiatric care — inpatient, outpatient, and intermediate levels of care — which has given me a deep understanding of how to best support patients at various stages of their recovery.

My clinical specialties include the treatment of ADHD, anxiety and panic disorders, OCD, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I derive profound meaning from seeing my patients improve and thrive. My goal is to promote a sense of purpose, belonging, and improved quality of life for every individual I work with.

I am committed to providing compassionate, judgment-free care that respects each patient’s cultural, racial, religious, gender, and individual differences. I also value collaborative treatment planning, honoring patient preferences whether they align with traditional psychiatric approaches, integrative and complementary medicine, or a combination of both.

What can I expect in my first few sessions with?

Our first session will be a chance to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. I focus heavily on building a strong therapeutic relationship, as I believe it’s one of the most important factors in creating lasting change. Feeling safe, understood, and supported is the foundation for any meaningful work we’ll do together. I try my very best to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, hopeful, or uncertain. My goal is to create a space that feels grounded, respectful, and tailored to your unique journey, so we can move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What makes you different from other therapists?

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I take a collaborative and goal-focused approach to therapy. I believe lasting change happens when people feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their growth. My role is to create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment, clarify what matters most to you, and begin taking meaningful steps toward the life you want. Whether you're navigating a life transition, dealing with anxiety or stress, or feeling stuck, I’m here to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move forward with intention and confidence.

What inspired you to become a therapist?

I’ve always been drawn to meaningful work, and becoming a therapist felt like a natural way to make a real difference in people’s lives. I’m inspired every day by the strength people show in facing their challenges, even when they feel uncertain or overwhelmed. There’s something incredibly powerful about witnessing someone gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, and begin to believe in their ability to change. I see therapy as a collaborative process, where I walk alongside you, offering support, insight, and tools as you work toward your goals. It's an honor to be part of that journey.
